My new favorite atheist Sam Harris is talking here with radio station KPCC. This is after talking at the TED convention recently held in Monterey, CA. Listen and question every thing that he says and then question yourself.

Sam Harris is the author of the New York Times bestsellers, The End of Faithand Letter to a Christian Nation. The End of Faith won the 2005 PEN Award for Nonfiction. 

Mr. Harris' writing has been published in over fifteen languages. He and his work have been discussed in Newsweek, TIME, The New York Times,Scientific American, Nature, Rolling Stone, and many other journals. His writing has appeared in Newsweek, The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, The Times (London), The Boston Globe, The Atlantic, The Annals of Neurology, and elsewhere. 

Mr. Harris is a Co-Founder and CEO of The Reason Project, a nonprofit foundation devoted to spreading scientific knowledge and secular values in society. He received a degree in philosophy from Stanford University and a Ph.D. in neuroscience from UCLA.

     React Records is holding its first ever fest night show or what their calling The React Records Showcase. React is a newer label that was created by Aram of bands such as The First Step, Champion, Betrayed ect. React is and has put out bands, On, Mindset, Not Sorry, Gone but not Forgotten, and Get the Most(who will all be playing the showcase). All of which is very exciting on its own, however, there is bigger news, how about 7seconds head linning, or that Betrayed is going to realease a new EP on React, and who are these Secret People? Is it some new band with a cleaver name? or a is gonna be Carry On? or The First Step? Insted? I simply don't know.

"I’m happy to announce that Seattle Edgemen Not Sorry have joined the REACT! CREW. Formed with the intention of playing stripped down hardcore with a thought provoking message, Not Sorry have turned heads with an awesome demo, a West Coast tour, and local shows that can only be described as LIVE. Their sound falls in the vein of early Revelation bands but with a personality all of their own, and lyrically NxS focus on the way we choose to treat others, human and animal alike. All four members are people that I have a lot of respect and love for so it’s great to be able to work with a band that I know stands 100% behind their music and words.

Not Sorry will enter the studio this winter to record their début EP for REACT! which is expected for a early 2010 release. That’s a long wait for what is sure to be great record, but don’t sweat it because NxS have two buns in the oven already. Their now out-of-print demo is being pressed on vinyl in the US by my man Joe at Lifeline Records and in Europe by David at Salad Days Records, and will not only contain the demo tracks, but also two brand new songs. Not Sorry will also be playing A Time We’ll Remember Fest this November and doing a couple of shows with Mindset on the East Coast so check them out!
